Therapeutic Massage
When you enter A Caring Touch Therapeutic Massage, you will find yourself in a cozy waiting room. There are cold water and hot tea available.
Sessions are by appointment and range from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The 60 and 90 minute ssessions are most popular. Office hours are weekdays and some evenings. All sessions are by appointment. Gift certificates are available.
Cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) are accepted for payment. House calls are available.
General types of massage include relaxation, stress reduction, deep tissue, sports massage, pregnancy massage and trigger point, as well as Reiki energy work, Matrix Energetics, hot stone massage and chair massage. Hot and cold packs are available as needed.
For those who prefer scented oils, A Caring Touch provides a selection of about 3 dozen essential oils and blends, which can be custom-mixed with organic jojoba oil, or luxurious Biotone body butter. Oil free massage is also available.
The massage room is nicely decorated in soothing colors. Soft music and the gentle gurgling sounds of indoor water fountains create a relaxing atmosphere. The state of the art massage table adjusts to make the client most comfortable. A special cushion is available for pregnant clients and those with back pain who cannot lie flat. Side-lying positioning is also available.
